Ownership

All goods remain the property of Allstores Clothing Ltd until paid for in full. If you wish to remove/change items on your order that have already been paid for these for will incur a 25% plus VAT restocking and administration fee. BACK TO TOP

 

Obligation

Goods are supplied under the strict condition that all chain store labels and markings are removed before resale. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser of the goods whose name or company name is printed on the sales invoice. BACK TO TOP

 

Tags & Labels

As we are a clearance wholesale dealer, garments may be supplied with cut / marked labels or removed / replaced to comply with UK law requirements. BACK TO TOP

 

Ordering from All Stores Clothing for the first time

If you are ordering from us for the first time, we may need to conduct checks to confirm your identity & address, purely as a fraud preventative measure. All unsecure payments from first time buyers will be scrutinised for legitimacy. Your payment will be unsecure if:

  • You pay by credit or debit card and your payment either fails the 3D Secure checks or you are not enrolled for 3D Secure (in cases such as this we can only ship your order to the address to which the card used is registered)
  • You pay by PayPal and are outside of the UK, or if your PayPal address is UNCONFIRMED (please note, we can only ship your order to the address provided by PayPal at the time of placing your order)

FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT 3D SECURE, visit the 'Verified by Visa' site or Lloyds 'Clicksafe' site. Alternatively, ask your bank or card issuer about 3D Secure. 


You will be required to send proof of your name and address which should be either photographed or colour scanned, and then emailed to sales@allstoresclothing.com. Please note that we do not accept photocopies or faxed documents. We accept the following as proof of your identity: 
  • Driving licence which shows the same name and address as the person who placed the order
  • Passport which shows the same name as the the person who placed the order
  • A recent gas/electricity/telephone bill which shows the same name and address as the person who placed the order
  • A recent bank or credit card statement which shows the same name and address as the person who placed the order

 

Payments

 

We accept payment via Credit/Debit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfers. Goods are not picked until payment has been received in full at this end. It is important that your payment reaches us swiftly to ensure you receive all the items on your order. Please be aware that we may need to conduct further checks to confirm your identity as a fraud preventative measure - for more information on this, please see the section above titled Ordering from us for the first time.

 

If you pay using PayPal we can only ship to the registered PayPal address. If you pay via bank transfer we will ship to any address you provide us with. Credit and Debit card payments can be shipped anywhere you choose provided your card payment passes the 3D Secure security checks, if your card is not enrolled for 3D Secure will only ship to the address the card is registered to. BACK TO TOP

 

Delivery

Whilst we aim to despatch orders within 24 hours, please be aware that this is not always possible during busier periods. However, you should receive your order within 3-5 working days if you are in the UK. Please be aware that this does not include weekends, Bank Holidays and Christmas. Orders placed overnight will not start the process until the next working day. You will receive confirmation emails of your order, it's status and once it has been collected by our courier, tracking information (as applicable).  BACK TO TOP

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping is charged per box on our website. We can usually fit around 100 lightweight adults garments in a box. If you are ordering heavy or bulky items such as sweaters or jackets/coats for example, this quantity will reduce. Conversely if you are ordering babies or childrens garments this quantity will probably increase. Our website automatically calculates the number of boxes required to ship your order and charge accordingly (based on weight AND bulk of individual lines). On the rare occasion shipping has been undercalculated, we may need to contact you for an additional payment to cover the shipping, or if we have overcharged you, we will credit you the overcharged amount. BACK TO TOP

 

European Shipping

We currently ship to most countries of mainland Europe and Ireland - click here for the full list & per-box costs. If your destination is not listed, then at the moment we don't ship there direct. However, we can ship to a delivery agent of your choice, based in a country we ship to, for onward delivery to you. You are also welcome to arrange your own shipping (for collection direct from our warehouse) - simply select the Collection option during the checkout process. BACK TO TOP

 

Tax For Shipping Outside of the EU

TAX will be charged at the UK rate of 20%. Once we receive proof that the goods have been delivered to your final destination outside of the EU, we can credit any TAX you have been charged and refund this amount back to you. Please be aware that TAX will not be removed until we receive these documents. BACK TO TOP

  

Important Information regarding Sizes and Colour Variations we Supply

Sizes and colours displayed on our website are a guideline only. You may not always get a perfect size ratio or colour spread. We are a CLEARANCE WHOLESALER, we buy clearance garments which are not always supplied in perfect ratios or colour breakdowns. We do however try and give a good variety of sizes and colours. Because we are a CLEARANCE WHOLESALER, we are able to give you very low prices, prices you would not get if you were to purchase from a wholesaler that buys and sells perfect size and colour ratios. BACK TO TOP

 

Mixed Parcels

No returns are accepted on mixed parcels (Assorted, Bargain or 'Lucky Dip' boxes) unless individual items are indentified as damaged. These items are sold as a job lot, described & priced accordingly. If you are unsure about purchasing such items we would suggest you pick lines from our individual stock range. BACK TO TOP

 

Claims for Damages or Shortages

Claims for damages or shortages must be informed to us in writing within 2 working days of you receiving the goods: your claim will not be recognised if you fail to inform us after this time. It is your responsibility to check individual items and inform us of shortages or damages. During the picking & packing process we will take all reasonable steps to check your garments but it is not always practically possible to open & visually inspect each individual item. Notification of claims will be accepted via email to sales@allstoresclothing.com. Please ensure you include your order number and product codes as this will speed up our investigation & remedial process. Shortages/damages will be replaced (depending on stock availability) or a credit note will be issued for use against a future order. Please note CREDIT NOTES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. BACK TO TOP

 

Returns

We will only accept the return of stock if it is damaged. 

Subject to the following conditions and the nature of the returns, we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee.

If you wish to return the goods you must inform us in writing or by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the goods.

We will only accept Returns if notified beforehand by post (address below) or email to sales@allstoresclothing.com

Once we have notification of items to be returned, you will be responsible for the cost of returning and the secure packaging of your unwanted items.

Whilst in possession of the ordered items to be returned, you are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of them. We reserve the right to refuse Returned items which have been made unfit for resale or damaged whilst in your possession.

Please mark your parcels clearly and with a brief letter stating the order number and items that we are expecting:

Returned stock must be in the packaging (bagged / with hangers if applicable) in which it was supplied, in the complete ratio / quantity that was ordered – we will not accept part-returns of individual lines.
On receipt of the Returned items, we will process & restock the items as applicable, and process a credit note to your account that can be used against a future order.
Allstores Clothing is not liable for parcels returned by customers. In the event of any claims resulting from lost / undelivered / damaged in transit parcels it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim. We would strongly advise that you ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents and is sent via a trackable postal route.
Note: Returns will not normally be accepted after 14 days. After this time, return and credit is at the discretion of the management.
Should you return items without notification or they are returned later than 14 days after delivery, no credit will be raised and we will store them for you until you pay for the return delivery.

Sale - Multibuy - Reduced Items - Vouchers

Our general rule on promotional sales, multi buy lines, reduced prices and vouchers is a customer can only use one offer per order. During sale periods any products which were previously offered as a multi buy discount or reduced in prices, are excluded from the sale. Multiple deals cannot be used in conjunction with a sale to receive multiple discounts. Discount vouchers are also excluded from being used in conjunction with a sale. Should a error a occur when multiple savings have been applied to a order, we reserve the right to amend your order and give you the highest value discount only. BACK TO TOP
